Why Blood Donation is Not Haram in Islam With 4 Proofs

Blood donation is an amazing way of helping people who need urgent blood transfusion and Islam I a religion that encourages Muslims to help others irrespective of whether they are Muslims or not.
1.Silence is from the Mercy of Allah
Islam is silent on blood donation and silence is from the mercy of Allah.
Abu Darda (rali) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (sal) said,
“What Allah has made lawful in his book is lawful, and what he has made unlawful is unlawful. Whatever he has remained silent upon, it is for your benefit, so accept benefit from Allah. Verily, Allah is not forgetful.” Then the Prophet recited the verse, “Your Lord is not forgetful.” (19:64)

1.Donating Blood Means Saving Lives.
Donating blood is saving lives of people and Allah says in the Quran,
"And whoever saves a life it is as though he had saved the lives of all mankind" (5:32)
Based on the above proofs from the Quran and the Authen tic hadiths, it is clear organ donation is not haram in Islam.
2.Saving the life of One Person is Like Saving Humanity
The Quran actually encourages saving lives and Allah (swt) said,
"And if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind."
(Al-Quran-5:32)
Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“Whoever is kind, affable, and easy-going, Allah will forbid him from entering Hellfire.” (al-Sunan al-Kubrá lil-Bayhaqī 20806-Graded authentic by Sheikh Albani)
Abdullah ibn Mughaffal reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah is gentle and he loves gentleness. He gives for it what is not given for harshness.”(Abu-Dawud- Grded Sahih by Albani)
Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“Teach others, make things easy, and do not make things difficult. When one of you is angry, he should remain silent.” (Musnad Ahmed- Graded Sahih by Ahmed Shakir)
Ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“Shall I not tell you of one forbidden for Hellfire or Hellfire is forbidden for him? It is everyone accessible, polite, and easy-going.”(Tirmidhi-Graded Sahih by Imam Tirmidhi and Sheikh Albani)
Take things easy and make things easy because Islam is very easy. It is clear that blood donation is not haram in Islam.
