Why Having a Six Pack is Not Haram in Islam With 6 Proofs

Having a six pack is doing certain exercise and training to shapen your bdomen muscles in a toned manner to resemble six blocks of visible muscles and it is done for health and aesthetic reasons. The argument by some Muslims against having a six pack ab is that you re trying to mimic the ways of the non-Muslims but hat needs to be understood is that having a six pack ab is not haram in Islam because it is the intention that matters. The often quoted hadith is the hadith of Ibn Umar (rali) who narrated
“The Prophet (sal) said, “Whoever imitates a people is one of them.”
(Abu Dawud-graded Sahih by Albani)
There is a huge difference between imitating and doing something for the love of it and having a six pack is doen by most men for the love of it and it is not haram. There are scuptures of Greeks having six pack abs in the first century BC and having a liking for a six pack abs is like having a liking to get a degree in a university where both did not exist during the time of the prophet (al) and the sahabah. Both are halal because both will benefit the individual based on his/her view.
1)Actions Are Acoording to The Intentions
Doing exercises to gain a six pack is not imitating the non-Muslism and what needs to be understood is that it is your intention that matters and the prophet (sal) said,
. "Actions are according to what was intended"

2)Having a Six Pack is a Sign of Good Health
There are many health benefits of having a toned stomach and reduced belly fat means less fat in your body and the physical apeearance is pleaing for the individual s well as other people s well.
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
The Prophet (sal) said: "There are two blessings that many people are deceived into losing: health and free time." (Bukhari)
Good health is often neglected by both men nd women due to the sedentary lifestyle easy to access foods which have a lot of cholesterol.
Having six packs is an indication that a person is committed to his health and well being and having good health is one of the best things a Muslim could have.
Abu Bakr said that God’s messenger mounted the pulpit, then wept and said, "Ask God for forgiveness and health, for after being granted certainty, one is given nothing better than health."

4)Prophet (sal) Supplicated For Good Health
'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said, "One of the supplications of the Messenger of Allah was, 'O Allah, I seek refuge with You from the disappearance of Your blessing and from the loss of good health and Your sudden vengeance and all of Your anger.'" (Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 685-Graded Sahih by Albani)
Supplicating for good health is encouraged in Islam.
The prophet (sal) said:
"The Prophet (sal) said, “Verily Allah has obligated the obligations – so do not neglect them. And He has limited the limits – so do not transgress them. And His silence about things is from His mercy, not forgetfulness, so do not investigate them.”
(Hasan sahih-Ad-Darqutni No. 4/199 and Al-Baihaqi No. 10/122 and also graded Sahih by Sheikh Albani)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (sal) as saying:
“A strong believer is better and is more lovable to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in everyone, (but) cherish that which gives you benefit (in the Hereafter) and seek help from Allah and do not lose heart, and if anything (in the form of trouble) comes to you, don't say: If I had not done that, it would not have happened so and so, but say: Allah did that what He had ordained to do and your" if" opens the (gate) for the Satan.” (Sahih Muslim)
Conclusion
